CCG Recipient Program

Camp Cooley Genetics runs over 800 recipients with both fall and spring calving cows. These recipients are available for transfer from December until June (no summer born calves). With this service, we offer two options:

Weaned Calf Option:

Transfer your embryos to our cows (transfer charges apply) and we will raise your calves to weaning for $1200 per weaned calf. The calves will be creep fed, vaccinated, calving and weaning data collected, and cared for by the experienced staff here at CCG. Billing is done in three installments of $400 each. The first installment is due at palpation (approximately 60 days post transfer), the second at calving, and the third at weaning for a total of $1200 per weaned/delivered calf.

Pregnant Recipient Option

Transfer your embryos to our cows (transfer charges apply). At 90 days post transfer, cows will be palpated and you can purchase all pregnancies resulting from your embryos for $1750 per recip. With this option, you own the recipient and can have your ET calves born and raised under your conditions.
